You’ve been thinking about it for a while.

That pull you feel. It’s not random.

It’s the part of you that knows you’re capable of more. More presence. More confidence. More range.

At some point, thinking about it stops being enough.

We started 2026 with a really lively batch of new members to our HCAC family. From students to mid-career professionals, to people curious about the performing arts to professional actors, we hosted a wide variety of people in our Fundamentals of Acting workshop.

We’re entering our 13th year of operation and we could not be more delighted to be Singapore first acting studio for everyone. We continue to make our workshops accessible to people regardless of their background or objectives.

We’ve listed a series of upcoming workshops on our website already and we want to hear from you, what sort of workshop would you like to see us facilitate this year?

The clown doesn’t hide behind a red nose.
They reveal what most of us spend our lives concealing.

Through play, they uncover truth.
Through laughter, they remind us to feel.

The Find Your Funny workshop by @shanicestanislaus isn’t about learning to be funny.
It’s about rediscovering the courage to be honest, human, and beautifully imperfect.

There’s still time to join us!
Just 24 hours left to say yes to laughter that tells the truth.

FIND YOUR FUNNY: INTRO TO CLOWN (LEVEL 1)
with Shanice Stanislaus

When was the last time you truly let yourself play?

Most adults forget what it feels like to be delightfully ridiculous, to fail joyfully, or to connect through laughter instead of perfection. Whether you’re an actor looking to unlock deeper spontaneity or a non-actor curious about creativity and presence, this workshop invites you to rediscover your fearless, funny self.

Through the red nose, the smallest mask in the world, you’ll uncover what makes you uniquely funny and how honesty, vulnerability, and play create real connection on stage and in life.

*You were taught to behave. Not to be bold.*

Most of us grow up suppressing emotion, hiding play, and fearing expression. So when it’s time to speak up, connect, or perform, we hold back. We overthink. We forget the joy of being real.

Find Your Funny: Intro to Clowning (Level 1) is about rediscovering the freedom to play, express, and feel alive again. Laugh, move, connect and surprise yourself.

Join @shanicestanislaus as she leads the last clowning workshop for 2025. Sign up with a friend and enjoy 30% off the entire cart purchase. More details in our IG bio or at bit.ly/freeyourtalent

*When was the last time you truly played?*

In creative and corporate worlds alike, we’re trained to be polished, professional, and in control. But connection doesn’t live there. It lives in the moments of surprise, vulnerability, and genuine presence.

Clowning is not about being funny. It’s about daring to be seen. It’s a playful experiment in risk, creativity, and authentic human connection.

Join our upcoming Clowning workshop facilitated by @shanicestanislaus and rediscover the freedom of not knowing, the art of being fully alive in the moment.

Limited spots available.
