Fundamentals Bonus Videos Round 3!

Hey HCACers,

I hope the bonus exercises so far have been helpful with bridging your creative journey to your daily life.

“Thumbs Up, Cool Down” and “Loud Hum, Silent Hum” are both practical exercises you can use in your daily life to manage the body.

But in life, just as in acting, it’s also about the mind and the spirit.

This last exercise will teach you how to deal with the anxiousness that can sometimes get in the way of what we want to do.

This exercise is called “2-2, 4-4, 6-6, 8-8 Breathing”.
