What Is This Workshop About?
My Spirit Made The Shape Of A Drum is an 8-session devised workshop culminating in a public performance. During the programme participants learn poetry, movement and monologue-building techniques to create material, supported by an introspective process of meditation, visualisation and image-making. The material is formed into a final presentation with help from the director.

This programme asks you to distill your emotion and personal experiences for performance.
Address what you are willing to share. Observe the interconnectedness of different creative
mediums. Decide on the symbolism which will tell your story. Turn your inner-work into
outer-work. Your search can be a gift.
