Zora Smith

Actress, Vocal Artist

Zora Smith is a multi-talented, multi-national actor, vocal artist, musician and artist.

Zora trained at William Esper Studio (2018-2020) in New York, USA under the instruction of Jennifer Monaco.

Zora is also graduate of School of the Arts, Singapore, (2010-2015) and has worked with professional directors and trained practitioners at Haque Centre of Acting & Creativity (HCAC), such as David Glass, Giovanni Jose, Melissa Eveleigh and Kamil Haque. There, Zora made her directorial debut with a self-written, one-woman show, InLoving Memory.

She began 2018 with another self-directed production, Pioneer Passages: The Stories of Black Women, a showcase of iconic black plays with an all-black ensemble.

Zora often finds herself at the intersections of several cultures and heritages, a source of pride in which she sees all her artistic & creative endeavours come to life.
